A LETTER TO THE RAW EXPERIENCE COMMUNITY

We are all grappling with an issue of immense magnitude. Our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the coronavirus. As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of COVID-19, we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep people safe and healthy.

Healthy living is at the core of The Raw Experience values. We know you rely on us for food and drink items that optimize overall wellness by fueling the body with essential vitamins and nutrients. We take this responsibility very seriously, and we will continue to create healthy options for you with exceptional care. Here is what that means to us during this time of heightened awareness of wellbeing:

Food & Employee Safety

Always our top priority. We are reinforcing strict adherence to our existing standard operating procedures and increasing sanitization frequency in our offices, retail locations, and distribution centers. We’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home and self-monitor their symptoms. All stores have been equipped with recommended procedures to follow if their community, or someone from their store, becomes impacted by the coronavirus. As we closely monitor the evolving situation we will remain at the forefront of best practices set in place by the CDC, WHO, and FDA.

We're Here to Help

Stay healthy and save a trip to the grocery store. With The Raw Experience Juice Bar, you can find affordable, immune-boosting on-the-go breakfasts, quick lunch solutions, and an abundance of healthy dinner options. We will work hard to keep our stores stocked so you can put meal planning on autopilot with the convenience of online and in-app ordering.

Precautions in Place

We’re staying vigilant. We are encouraging all of our guests to minimize contact with others by shifting to digital order only with pick-up or delivery through The Raw Experience app. If needed, whether in the interest of our customers and team members or if directed by local health departments, we will consider temporary store closures. We have a team assembled to monitor updates around the clock and will continue to keep you informed as we overcome these challenges together.
