The Raw Experience offers local delivery via our app and website as well as national shipping.  We can only ship between Monday-Wednesday for quality purposes, and delivery cannot be scheduled for Sundays or Mondays.  We are also unable to ship to PO BOXES or outside the United States.  Juices must be sent express or sooner to preserve quality and freshness.  Your juices will be chilled to semi-frozen as freezing is the best option when it comes to preserving the nutrition and flavor of your juices.


Shipping orders are processed as soon as possible on a first in first out basis. We encourage all shipping customers to place their orders Sunday – Thursday. This will allow sufficient preparation time and ensure that we can ship your order out the same week.


All cleanse packages must be ordered 24 hours in advance of shipping, pickup or delivery.  


In order to ensure your juices are shipped quickly after your order has been placed, order before 11a. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. No Saturday or Monday deliveries.


Occasionally, we experience higher peak periods which may result in longer than usual.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to confirm delivery ETA. 

 

PLASTIC BOTTLES

Due to liability reasons all shipping orders must be sent in plastic bottles. The plastic bottles are 1 oz larger than our glass bottles to leave room for expansion during the freezing process. The Raw Experience is not able to reuse these bottles so please recycle or dispose of them yourself.

Do not freeze any product bottles in glass. During freezing, the liquid will expand causing any glass packaging to break. Only freeze product in plastic packaging.

 

FULFILLMENT

All shipping orders are frozen prior to being shipped and packaged with ice packets inside of an insulated box to ensure the order stays cold during transit. The process of freezing does not degrade the nutrient content of the juices, almond milks, elixirs and smoothies. If you choose to keep your order frozen for later consumption, place your bottles into the freezer upon receiving our order. To ensure maximum freshness and flavor, The Raw Experience recommends only freezing for up to 10 days.

Most juices will still be frozen or icy when you receive them. The best way to thaw the product is to place them in you refrigerator overnight. If you wish to consume the product immediately upon arrival, you may drink them as is when they are a little icy. Once thawed the shelf life for juices is 4 days and 3 days for almond milks, elixir and smoothies.

You do not need to be home when your order arrives. However you might consider making arrangements to have your package brought inside and placed into your refrigerator promptly after delivery.
